Default Does Blossom End Rot cause stop of fruit growth?

Well, the topic pretty much says it al, doesn't it?

Due to my 80 hour-working-week, the headweave during the past three weeks and containers way to small I've got serious trouble with BER.

I noticed this little fruit with BER starting to get some color. Under normal circumstances I would remove the fruit, but it is only cherry-sized and it should be a cour de bouef.

I got the seed from a fruit I bought in the supermarket, so this might be a F2-plant....

So is BER responcibil for this near ripe Mini-cour de bouef or is this an interesting F2-line?
