Juicy Meatloaf
I made this last night and it was the bomb!. Feel free to alternate it to your own cooking styles. I didn't exactly measure the milk, brown sugar and Pasta sauce. but its pretty close
2 Lbs of 85 /15 ground beef (I actually had 2.25 lbs) 2 eggs 1/2 cup of milk 1 cup of light brown sugar 1 pint of pasta sauce ( I used homemade pasta sauce from last year, Ms wages Pasta seasoning) 1/2 tube of buttery round crackers( I actually used wheat but ether or) 1 TBLS of Cumin 1 TBLS Seasoned salt 1 TBLS Paprika 5 TBLS of minced onion In 1 bowl crush the crackers as much as possible and mix in Cumin, Seasoned Salt, Minced Onion and Paprika. in another bowl, a big one mix eggs and milk up then mix in 3/4 s of the pasta sauce. Then mix in the meat and the cracker mix. Mix thoroughly I hope you got a meatloaf pan for it to drain if not a regular pan will work. Form meat into a loaf (hence Meatloaf) In the pan and then take the brown sugar and pat it on top. I cooked mine on the gas grill over medium to high heat until I got an internal temp of 170. but at 160 I dumped the rest of the pasta sauce over it. In the oven I'm guessing 350 for an hour? Anyway Give it a try, We thought it was the best!
