Default Weed shield

Any weed shield users here? I started last year and it sure cut down on the weeding. Especially with containers! Yes, there is still a little weeding to do - I 'pinch' at the shield lightly where they pop through and the little ones are basically 'pulled out' of the ground. Just have to pick them up. Any that are growing underneath - and there will be a quite a few - eventually get crushed or just die off. It's sure an improvement over the alternative though. I have a small garden so it isn't too much of a hassle - and you have to keep at it once the spring starts any weeds sprouting even though your plants aren't in their containers yet.
