Its Glyphosate damage.
Here is the link and the picture in the link. I would like to add to the comments above. What the plant looks like from the said poisoning depends on how hard they are hit. If memory serves me a good direct hit will cause yellowing and a slight hit will cause the curling of the leaves. I had a job as a tree killer for the forest service when I was 16. We would girdle trees with 24D and 245T mixed with diesel. If you didn't do a good job of girdling the hickory the leaves would get huge. I think I will tell the story elsewhere.
