First Tomato of the year - Pineapple
I got this tomato to set before the plant was in the ground.
Came in at 1lb 9 oz. Picked it Sunday night and it needed a few more days of ripening, so I managed to wait until Wednesday. Most excellent on an onion roll with thin sliced prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and homemade mayo. I ate 2 of them....
