Default Too much urea?

Made another mistake. I must have applied too much urea to my tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers. Plants are dying. I sprinkled about 2 tablespoons to the base of the container plants and watered. A couple of days later the plants are drooping and leaves wilting. I got the urea for my container corn plants which took the urea without any problems. Didn't know that it wasn't good for my other plants. Another lesson in gardening.
