Default Sicilian Saucer won't fruit

I have one plant of Sicilian Saucer growing in my greenhouse because I read that it grows really tall. The greenhouse is two stories high with all the doors, windows and skylights open so the temperature is not much higher than outside - I've just checked now. It's evening and the temp is 64F.

The plant is way higher than me and has been flowering for weeks. The flowers are very big - I've never had a plant with such large ones. I shake the plant every morning so the pollen will drop down, but it hasn't started a single tomato.

The greenhouse doesn't have many possible pollinators, if that is what is needed.

Should I get a stepladder and dust some pollen around?
