Question about dehydrating tomatoes
I have been drying my tomatoes in the dehydrator and, when dry, putting them in ziplock bags and freezing them. It is just another way to save my fruit.
A few weeks ago, I noticed one of the ziplock bags still had air in it, so I opened the bag, let the air out, and put it back in the freezer. The next day, the bag had blown up with air again. This has been going on for a week. Should I throw them out? Does this mean they are rotten somehow? Thanks! Donna
