The media here is saying that attendance at all the Remembrance Day Services was much higher than recent years. The service at the National War Memorial in Ottawa was attended by more than 100,000 people which is way up on past years. Many replied when asked that the recent 2 deaths by home grown terrorists motivated a lot of people to attend. One of those had been killed while standing guard duty at the National War Memorial in Ottawa.

On the 11pm news they mentioned that they placed the last of the ceramic poppies in London at the Tower of London today during services there. One for every 888,246 British or Colonial fatality in WWI. Tomorrow an army of volunteers will start dismantling the art installation. When some people said they'll miss it, the artist said that was intentional, like missing the fallen. Each have already been pre-sold with the proceeds going to charity.

There is a fine line between genius and crazy.
I like to use that line as a jump rope.
