Sometimes I have a batch of pepper seed that does not germinate and so I throw the whole batch into a container and later use the medium for some other starting effort. SURPRISE! It seems that about all of them come up. My most recent was some Marconis that came up in October as well as some mystery tomatoes. All are doing very well in the greenhouse.
