Pepper plan health issues

I should of made one thread that included my pepper stem thread...sorry.

But I have a few other plants that are showing health issues. Can you guys please explain what's going on and if I can fix it?

I first started the seeds in FF light warrior then transplanted into FF ocean forest and am using FF nutrients according to their schedule.

Also, is there a website that I can refer to and see different plant health issues?
