Haha my growlights are up and humming away as well, it's killing me!! I will go ahead and start some herbs I think, why not!

As for flowers, I'm going to be doing some poppies, calendula, cosmos, marigolds and probably a bunch of others that escape me right now. Oh and always sunflowers. I"m trying for a wild flower type of mix, will save seeds and perhaps use the flower at the end of the season in soaps

I was hoping to see some monarch butterflies around our milkweed last year, but no luck.
