What's causing this Tomato rot on the vine??? :(

Any ideas? Just seemed to happen to a couple of Shannon's and Anna Russian. There is a plant between them.

Bug?? No signs of stress at all. Plants look good considering the constant 99 degree heat lately!

Any ideas?
