Thanks for the correction. I did gamble 3.98 with the ebay seller from your first spelling. Hopefully these will be the same as you have if i get them . If not, I will look again later. I have the most trouble with bells. As soon as the Louisiana summer sets in, the quality drops big-time. I have had my best Bell pepper production in the fall if I am able to keep the plants alive and healthy.
