Default Strange branch under seed leaves

Just started my fall tomatoes and one seedling has something I've never seen before. There is a branch UNDER the seed leaves in addition to the true leaves starting above the seed leaves. Do I have a Siamese twin or what? Is this unusual? Have other had this happen? I've been growing tomatoes from seed for 40 years without seeing this.
