Default Whats wrong with my pea plants - wilting

These plants are in new potting mix.they are not too wet or too dry as randomly a plant will start wilting and the other plants in the same container are fine. Then it goes downhill real quick.

Pictured below is a healty plant and then one starting to wilt. I pull the wilters. These two are in the same container
