You dont want a deer chasing dog they can break their neck on a tree chasing deer.

I had a Pit Bull mix that would dig up gophers and a cat that would hang out at the hole and eat them as they came out.
Now here is the problem the dog needs to know not to dig in the garden.
Mine did for some reason.
But he would dig car sized holes going after gophers.
He would be down so far the dirt wouldn't come out of the hole and he would half bury himself digging deeper.
