Default Help, terrential downpour!

This is my first post here. I am a first year gardener. I am in central pennsylvania and yesterday we had some very heavy rainfall. My tomato plants are in 5 gallon buckets with 60% potting mix 40% manure. They have thrived thus far, but today they look wilty at the top. Today has been gorgeous, sun all day. Am I being overly paranoid?

Also, my pepper plant's leaves are rubbery or waxy feeling. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for welcoming me to the group!
