Default Curly Top? Rip out and replace?

Many years we have this problem with the purple leaf veins and curling leaves...
We have 6 potted tomatoes that have been hit. They are all next to each other.
4 saved seed, 1 cherry, 1 oregon spring. All weakened from stress of late transplant.
Wondering if this indeed is the scourge known only as "Curly Top".
Should they be replaced at this stage and time of year?
If they stay, could this spread to other plants that are 4+ feet away?

Muchas.
