Default Red Jazz and high flavor red beefsteaks

I am evaluating 5 potential "Red Jazz" lines this coming year, with the hope of releasing one of them. Red Jazz = red beefsteak with yellow stripes.

I want to make sure that I compare them to not only each other, but also to all of the best red beefsteak lines out there (with and without stripes).

I have a couple of favorite red beefsteaks I have typically used as "flavor controls" in my field, but I am interested in hearing about what other people consider to be the best red beefsteak tomatoes with regard to flavor.

Also, are there any red beefsteaks out there with yellow stripes? I am pretty sure Brandy Stripe and Vintage Wine are both pink -- although on some websites they look red.
