OK to Freeze Peppers?? - Tomatoville® Gardening Forums

slugworth Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Oct 2014 Location: connecticut,usa Posts: 1,152	I used to freeze hot peppers and stuff them after taking them out with chili. They turn to mush so I would stuff them while still frozen,then basically just heat n eat.
