I found this to be a simple, flexible & cheap grow light stand

Backing out the cost of the PVC cutter, which was $12, and not including the seed starting tray, etc. this setup cost me less than $25 and could be made larger with little extra expense. I found it to be a great idea for a beginning seed starter.
