Default Feed or Medicate Them First?

There was a strong north wind today when I noticed the tomato plants in the raised bed. They were wilting. The wilt got worse as the day went on until they were in the shade. Now, they look much better. They are not overwatered or under watered. they looked great until today.

There were originally 17 tomato plants in the raised beds, but one was infected with RKN. There are 16 plants now. They are all cherry tomato plants and most are putting on a lot of flowers and tomatoes.

I'm wondering if I should feed them in the morning with Alaska Fish Food 5-1-1, or should I use either Daconil or Garden Safe Fungicide 3? I have read not to mix different products when spraying tomato plants. I am confused, but I'm thinking I could spray AFF 5-1-1 tomorrow morning and the Fungicide in a few days.

What is really odd is that the tomatoes out in the main garden that I know has RKN in it in at least 3/4 of it - look perfectly fine.

The pictures are all of the raised beds.
