Ambrosia Orange UBX
I ordered these seeds from J&L. I think they were listed as "experimental," which I assume means unstable. I started 3 seeds, 100% germination. I kept two seedlings to grow on and the leaves were slightly different even while quite small.
The fruits are different on the two plants. Both are small in size. One is a beautiful bi-color and the other is a solid, dark orange. Both have good taste, but I slightly prefer the bi-color one. Not sure I would be able to tell the difference if my eyes were closed and that I like the bi-color one just because it looks really cool. Someone else posted about these and his were salad size if I recall correctly. Feel free to post photos or discuss your results if you grew these. |
