NewWestGardener Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Nov 2010 Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada Posts: 564	That squash from India looks like the Chinese version of a winter melon, Dong Gua, which will get huge, so huge that they are typically sold in chunks other than the whole melon, usually used for soups. They have a very tender skin with some fuzz.
