Default Vegetables from India

Any idea what these are, when to pick and how to cook them?

The green veggies on left are bottle gourds, I've picked some that are over 10#. The yellow on the right are like melons but I may have picked too early, it was crunchy like eating an apple... have no idea what it is.

This is a big white basketball sized veggie, no idea what it is or when it's ripe.

3 bottle gourds that are about 10# each

The yellow melon sliced, they are baseball to softball sized.
