Default Seed Germination?

I am wondering if I've done something wrong while doing a tomato seed germination test? I started the test Friday, August 18 with a wet paper towel, seeds, and a ziplock bag (Plural - 5 varieties, 5 bags, 5 wet paper towels) Here it is August 28, and I still have 5 bags with wet paper towels and seeds that look like they did back on the 18th.

The seeds were saved with the fermentation process - no oxy clean, bleach, muriatic acid, etc. Also, the area they are in is kept at a temperature between 75 and 80 degrees with a window nearby for light.

So last Friday, August 25 (3 days ago) I planted seeds for all 5 varieties in pro mix cells. So far, no results, but it has only been 3 days.
