Default 2007 Summary (pic heavy) Part 1

I grew other tomatoes besides hearts and so the few I took pics of I will add here as well. Disclaimer :I am SURE there are some names not spelled correctly and when I label the seeds for storage I do go back and fix them
I only had a few tomatoes in the ground and they died with the a wilt virus and so I did lose a good bit of new to me plants. That was my last go at trying to plant in the ground. I did put up 58 quarts in the freezer, and gave away a ton! This year I did something new and took some veggies to the food bank.
This is what I believe to be a Green Giant cross with unknown heart. Note the green blush on the blossom end. I had 2 tomatoes that were heart shaped that came from a Green Giant. I did save seed and if anyone is interested in checking this out for next year pm me.

Tasty and prolific. Faribo Golden heart.

Taste was not there but very prolific, took the heat and as Spring went along got less hollow. It also seemed to be a little early for a big tomato.

Andrey's new Discovery Belarusian heart- tasty productive.

Not a heart but a black large tomato that literally laughed at the heat and humidity and is STILL producing. Nice taste and productivity.

Flavor ok for a white not great not bad. Fought for it's life as a transplant, DID not like the heat or the humid. White Oxheart.

I laughed when I saw what I wrote when I took the pic. I must of thought at the moment it deserved a 10 LOL. Ok great taste, juicy beautiful shape and size Kellerhers Ox.

Velmozha, a tomato from Andrey. Prolific, taste is acceptable considering these things were large and early. The pic does not show how pretty pink they are. They were much larger then the one shown at 9oz.

Jerusalem- Andrey. Tasty and prolific.

Another pic of Kellhers ox

Olson's Russian heart shaped. They vary in size to much larger. Just look at the juice. I think I have another pic of it.... YUMMY

Bangaladesh heart. Tasty Productive and still producing. I may have another pic.

Sweet Horizon-Good production and taste.

Japan Tomato Tree- Good taste and production. Needs another evaluation not in a good location. Did not live thru Spring.
