hald Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Fresno, CA Posts: 23	Purple is yellow What causes a purple eggplant to be golden or yellow? They taste fine and are good size. They just aren't purple. Oddly both purple and golden\yellow fruits can be on the same plant. -Hal
