I can speak to LED lights. This is my second year starting my own seeds. Pepper and tomatoes. I purchased LED's off Amazon and they worked great for me last year and so far this year my plants are doing very well. I use these lights.

I have a set of 6500k "tubes" that I am very happy with.


This shelf hangs from the ceiling and is removable and adjustable .













This was my setup earlier in the year for my seedling table, all Led's.









I switched out the tubes with some Galaxy Hydro Led's.








But after seeing the difference in growth that my Viparspectra 700 lights made that I had purchased for the Grow Tent, I decided to switch to Viparspectra Led's for the seedling table.
