An old good German CV Tamina aka Yablonka Rossii aka Jablonka Rossii is very good for such conditions - early, semi-det. 1-1.2m high in GH and 0,4-0,8m outside, looks really nice, prolific and tasty to my buds
See them on photoes below.

EM-Champion is usually under 1m and bred for growing outside in Siberia
