Default Watering solutions?

Hi all,

This year I've got about 16 tomato plants going in three rows, and I'm looking for some watering solutions. A drip or soaker hose along the rows seems attractive. Show me your setups!

I'm considering purchasing something like this:

Thoughts? Anybody actually use this?
