pepper plant looking very droopy

I have 12 pepper plants all flowering and some with small peppers.I have just one that is very droopy looking while the rest are good.What come be going on?I'm watering them twice a week if it does not rain so it's not lack of water.All my tomato plants are doing great.Really have no clue what is happening as the plant was doing well and has peppers until I noticed yesterday the plant looking like it is.
