Default More Cabbage and Cauliflower

The staggered start and planting has worked well in preventing having too much ready at once. This was the first cauliflower I cut on Dec 12. It was about 7" across and about a pound and a half.

Yesterday I cut the second one as temps were going to get down to 26 in the morning and I didn't want the head to freeze. This one is about 6" across and 1 lb 5 oz. There's another one coming along and it's about the size of my fist right now.

The first Charleston Wakefield cabbage was cut the other day. It was just about 1.5 lbs and is now sitting in two fermenting jars to become kimchi.
