Default Southern Paste Tomatoes

I am looking for a paste tomato to grow in zone 8b with very high humidity(east Texas). Looking for a variety with 4 to 6 oz. fruits or larger with high disease resistance. Thinking about Granadero, Pozanno, possibly Rio Grande. Anyone grown these in the deep south with high humidity. Any other recommendations would be appreciated if you have had experience growing them.
