Default Diseased Fruit - Leprosy?

Hi Folks. Have you ever seen this fruiting issue? The condition is only appearing on 1 out of 18 plants. I have been trialing 6 new (for me) varieties of hybrid determinate plants this season. All of the varieties boast various disease resistances. It has been interesting.

Looking closely at the photo, I noticed there is an insect visible. A lace wing perhaps?
