Default Nova Scotia Growers Help

I started my tomatoes about 3 weeks ago and for some reason nothing happened and I've had very few tomatoes start. So I replanted everything 10 days ago and they are doing ok for tomatoes started 10 days ago. Question is, in Nova Scotia where I'm living (first year living here growing) has it gotten too late, do I still have time to have decent tomato plants? They look like they will have true leaves soon. At least some of them.
