Default Damping off question....HELP!

I'm having a bit of tough luck with my Momotaro starts. The soil is clearly too wet, so some of the seedlings are damping off. I'm hoping to save the remaining seedlings.

If I pot them up to 4" pots now (there are no true leaves yet), can I avoid the dreaded damping off, or is it already too late?

I don't have pix handy. The seedlings in question appear healthy enough, but I'm afraid they'll succumb later today or tomorrow if I do nothing.

My other 4 varieties are doing fine.......so far......

Michael
