Default JD's Special C-Tex, a SLOW sprouter???

I've been sprouting tomato seeds for the past 19 years but have never experienced such a slow-sprouter as "JD's Special-C Tex" was for me this year. All eleven varieties of tomato seeds were started on Mar. 21 and all but one went outside for hardening-off this past week. That lone pot sprouted 3 days ago, after being started 6 weeks earlier!! Would like to hear how JD's Sp. C-Tx sprouted for any of you.

thanks!
