barkeater Tomatovillian™ Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: NE Kingdom, VT - Zone 3b Posts: 1,439	I have 8 nice O'Henry slips off of one sweet potato. What is nice is there are roots attached, and they're now in solo cups. I have a feeling I may have started a little too soon; these plants will be huge if I wait 4 weeks to plant them out. I was surprised to find 2/3 of the sweet potato itself had disintegrated into mush when I tried to pull it up.
