I'm Not Growing Abe Lincoln Again
The tomatoes tasted alright, BUT when the bottoms of the tomatoes were completely ripe, the top halves were still green. My friend who lives about 15 miles away said the same thing about them. He doesn't want me to give him anymore Abe Lincoln seedlings.
Has anyone else had any better luck with Abe Lincoln? |

Our first year with Abe Lincoln. So far we like the flavor and have had blemish free, well formed and well ripened toms. Only about 5 so far as we are running pretty late here in WI.

The Abe Lincoln's at Tomatopalooza were small but had exquisite bright balanced flavor - & were ripe all the way up with small cores. Got some seed for next year from that yum set.

Maybe Abe Lincoln doesn't like the South. My Aussie, Box Car Willie and Stump of the World tomato plants are doing great.
