Multi-tomato?

This is just a weird tomato - it looks like several fused together.

I have had a couple of these this year - could it be due to the heat? Or are there environmental factors? I couldn't find anything specific in the forum on it, but I may have overlooked a post.

It appears as though you have a three bloom fused tomato.
It's these on my Big Zac's that I pray to get in order to get some heavyweights for competition .
