This tomato is a thanks present given to my wife by one of her patients. As I knew it was grown in a farm near Istanbul. Most of the Turkish heirlooms from Europian part (Thrace literally) are determinate pink varieties.Grower stated that it's a pink called Bulgarian Tomato.I'm not sure whether it's determinate or indeterminate though I assume it to be a determinate variety.
It smelled very nice (tomateous!) Thin skinned, meaty inside but rather bland! |
