Zana I have had 3 Siamese cats growing up.
Mary Lee was the first one and she lived for many years 18 to be exact. As kids we used to harness her in a parachute and toss her off the house. The cat loved it and would hang around for more. Suki was the next given to me by an elderly woman when she was a kitten. She was very jealous of any other cat smell on me and would growl if she smelled a cat she didn't know. Boomer was a tom that was a real baby he took baths with me and loved water. Worth |

The sun is coming up and we are getting ready to head out.
Jennifer has taken up with Rebecca and they seem to have made fast friends. They are both rustling around in the supplies we got from the convoy and seem to be looking at weapons. I forgot to mention we hitched up a trailer to the truck and that is where we are carrying most of the stuff. Rebbecca has picked out an M40A5 rifle and Jenifer after much discussion chose a scope mounted M16. She wanted a darn shotgun for some reason. It went like this. "I wanna shotgun, that is what I have at home and that is what I am used to". I told her,"Look you can have your darn shotgun but let me tell you something". If things get so bad you can hit someone with it we are too close. It might be fine at home but out here it is useless for anything but a last resort. What you need is something that can at least reach out to 600 yards. She said she got the picture and picked out the rifle. We have also given Carolyn a Colt 1911 45 ACP for close work just in case. Some of the other folks dont want anything to do with it at this time. We are starting to get higher in elevation and the trees are starting to get thicker. Last night before we turned in we could see little lights from campfires all in the horizon. We have no idea who or what they are, we can only hope they either join us in peace or leave us alone. One thing we are in dire need of is a bigger pot for the tomato plant. The thing is going to outgrow the one it is in soon. A week at the most. Potting soil would be a help too. |
