Help Me Choose My NW Tomato Garden

I am planning what I am going to grow out this year and want to add a couple to my growing list. Out of these listed below, please help me choose which ones to grow. I am looking for a prolific tomato plant and I will be using these tomatoes for roasting or canning. Which ones are winners and why? Especially interested in those who have grown them on the Pacific Northwest but happy to hear from everyone!

my notes from 2008 read: smooth, light, tasty on the sweet side - yum; not deep/rich flavour but plant health and production make this one a keeper

Grushkova must have provided a fairly good harvest or I wouldn't have noted same ...... but didn't keep detailed notes on actual weight/numbers .....

Not sure what else you are planning to grow, but when you mentioned roasting - Speckled Roman came immediately to mind -
