That is amazing growth in 2 weeks, Ami- do you think your light setup contributes or would the results be the same with fluorescents?

Since you are" across the pond"just wondering if Algoflash has a large market and following since it is a European based product?
Most garden centers carry Algoflash products. I think I still have a partially used bottle in the basement. I'm not really that impressed with it as it does not fit my method of growing tomatoes.

My light setup is fluorescents with 3 48" 40 watt vita lite power twist tubes and 6 CFL 26 Watt Repti Glo full spectrum Terrarium Lamps. So we be talking about 17,000 lumens in an area of 8 square feet. Yes, it is a major player in the growth of my seedlings. I run them about 14 hours a day. As I have my grow setup in the basement I leave it unheated so when the grow lights are on the area around the seedlings is 77 Deg F. and when the lights are off the temperature runs around 60 Deg F. giving them the "Cold Treatment" which contributes to stockier seedlings.
