Default Too much urea?

Made another mistake. I must have applied too much urea to my tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers. Plants are dying. I sprinkled about 2 tablespoons to the base of the container plants and watered. A couple of days later the plants are drooping and leaves wilting. I got the urea for my container corn plants which took the urea without any problems. Didn't know that it wasn't good for my other plants. Another lesson in gardening.

I believe it's best to add to the soil for 'next' year.
Used too close to seeds it will prevent germination and will burn small hair roots.

I try to avoid urea, as it may be linked to blossom end rot.
