Default No more losing your bacon!

Cut three slices in half, weave together, microwave, enjoy!

Bacon, Spiach and Tomato sandwich. Bacon lattice keeps the bacon in the sandwich and guarantees you double bacon with each bite!

Fantastic.
I dont cook bacon in the microwave but it would work the same in a pan using a press.

I usually cook bacon in the oven on a parchment lined baking sheet. I'll have to give it a shot next time . Thanks for the idea!

I recently learned to cook bacon in the oven in a pyrex baking dish.
Easier than in a pan, and tastes better too I think.

When I cook bacon for a crowd I cook it in the oven as well. I start it in a cold oven set to 400°, check it at 15 minutes and turn if necessary. Depending on thickness it takes 15-20 minutes.

Lining the cookie sheet with foil helps with cleanup.

Mmm. I like BLT w/ slightly softer bacon, rather that very crisp.... + some nice chips on the side.
Yummy. I will do that when mine get ripe.
I also like breade deep fried green tomatoes like BLT.
Yeah . There are many ways to enjoy fresh garden tomatoes.

I really like the deep flavor and gel sacs on Pierce's Pride, perfect for the BLTs going down my gullet.

These are really good! A friend grew this one. To me, it rivals the Cherokee Purple in taste.
