More blacks from CIS
Here some more blacks from last days crop.
Pinkish black fruit is from Chyornyi Slon (Black Elephant). The smallest fruit is from Chyornyi Mavr (Black Mavr). The deepest black (a bit into brown-red) is from Oziris. The biggest one is Chyornyi Tarasenko (Black Tarasenko) as you may already identified it from my previous photo-session and a large green spot on the top P.S. I was lucky to obtain a new electronic weigtscales from Hoeffner (a German store network). Got it from a good friend has recently travelled to Germany... Now I'm the happiest tomato growing person in Belarus There is 3 modes available - gramms, oz. and lb. There are only gramms on all pictures, of course

Andrey,
Those look fantastic. I have a few blacks, my favorite tomatoes, but they are not ripe yet. Which one is Black Mavr and which one is Oziris? I have one Black Mavr plant that is starting to ripen but the fruit looks like a small plum. Alex

Alex,
as I mentioned above Chyornyi Mavr (Black Mavr) has the smallest fruit (it has got a plum shape) on the photoes. Oziris as a single fruit is shown on the second picture. Jeanne, Chyornyi Slon (Black Elephant) was the earliest mostly because of determinate or semi-determinate growing habit.

Andrey, nice tomatoes and a nice scale. How about a taste report on those blacks. Ami

Thanks, Ami!
I like taste of all blacks. Chyrnyi Tarasenko (Black Tarasenko) has got the sweetest flavor of all. Other 3 varieties had got more zippy notes with the main sweet flavor. But that's in my growing conditions and for my tasting buds
