Lana (RL) - Sept 8
I love this segregation line, I think it is petty close to be stable, I will grow it in 2013.

NOT Lil's Favorite - Sept 8
Sigh.... The year of offtypes! Here is another one - a PL and pink beefsteak that I received as 'Lil's Favorite', which is obviously not, as it should have been red and RL.

No clear heart shapes so far, but small seed locules and very few seeds are consistent with heart-shaped varieties.

New to me variety, I do not know much about it. Nice blemish free fruits. Taste test is pending.

Finally ripened, and most of the fruits at the same time.

Val's Green Striped - Sept 8
Appears to be a stable mutation, it originally came from Sasha's Altai seeds that I received from Val McMurray in 2006. Plants produced fruits that were the same size and shape as Sasha's Altai, but different colors - green and brown, with stripes. This year growout confirms their stability, this is why I am guessing this may be a mutation.

Zana - Sept 8
This is another segregation line from Brandywine x Carbon cross created by Rob Gee in 2007. Pink and PL, meaty flesh and very few seeds, it is very lovely. All plants are consistent, so I think it is pretty close to be stable.

Lucky Cross x Cherokee Chocolate - Sept 8
the original cross was made by ob Gee in 2007. This is F3 generation, showing lots of segregation -
Plant No.1 - RL, small round red Plant No.2 - RL, medium oblate pink, very meaty, excellent flavor (pic 1,2) Plant No.3 - very large bi-color, similar to Lucky Cross, but with RL foliage (pic 3-6) no ripe fruits from other 6 plants yet. NOT Green Bell Peppers - Sept 11
Another wrong variety. It was supposed to be Green Bell Pepper, and for obvious reasons it is not. Very large fruits, some doubles up to 10 oz - I have never seen such a large stuffer! They do look like yellow bell peppers, inside and out.
All plants grown from these commercial seeds produced these fruits, so I am sure it was not a stray seed. I am not a big fan of stuffing tomatoes, so these went into sauce right away - it was very easy to remove seeds and they are very dry!
